For Site Visitors in Europe
If you reside in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or the United Kingdom ("UK"), you have the following rights under data protection laws in relation to your Personal Data:
- Request access to your Personal Data. This enables you to receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

Alternatively, if you are based in the EEA and outside of the UK, please contact your national regulator.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@bmctoday.com.
Because we are primarily located in the United States, our processing of your Personal Data if you reside in the EEA/UK may involve transfers of that data outside of the EEA/UK. Whenever we transfer your Personal Data out of the EEA/UK, we use mechanisms designed to give the data the same protection it has under the laws of the EU/UK.
